Literature Text

Untouched snow lays over rolling hills,
Icicles hang from the trees.
Un-ventured paths yet to be taken,
Dips and holes covered by leaves.

Unknown things lay hidden in the white crystals,
An icicle could fall and shatter like dreams.
The treacherous paths, and forks in the road,
So many places one could fall and unravel the seams.

But together we can wait for the snow to melt,
And warm the ice to water to nurture our dreams.
We can heal the pain of a cut or fall,
and traverse the twisted paths of life at night by moonlight beams.
My newest poem, done just yesterday. It was kinda inspired by a conversation with a friend =3

"And warm the ice to water to nurture our dreams."
I love this line for no apparent reason.
